Plan, service, report: how on-site fleet maintenance works

How WeFleet runs maintenance for fleets of 5 or more vehicles, from the first assessment to the digital report after every visit.

Every hour a vehicle spends driving to and waiting at a shop is an hour it isn't on a route. On-site maintenance flips that: the service comes to your depot, yard or job site, and vehicles get back to work faster. Here's how a WeFleet fleet program runs.

1. Plan

We start with a quick assessment of your vehicle types, duty cycles and current service intervals. From there we build a schedule and oil specification plan that aligns with OEM standards while optimizing for uptime and total cost of ownership.

2. Service

Our mobile team arrives within your chosen window, sets safety cones and protective mats, verifies VINs and service histories, and performs the work with proper contamination control. Visits are coordinated around your dispatch windows, and multiple vehicles can be serviced in one visit.

3. Report

You receive a digital summary noting services performed, mileage, hours where applicable, oil grade and quantity, inspection findings, photos as needed and next-due dates. Invoices are consolidated and records centralized by unit number.

Per-visit or monthly

Pricing is tiered by vehicle class, condition and scope, with volume efficiencies for organizations operating 5 or more vehicles. Choose per-visit rates or a predictable monthly program.
